With a little over a month left to go until Avengers: Infinity War, the latest instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, hits cinemas around the world, Marvel Studios has unleashed a new trailer to get fans even more excited... And just in case you didn't get the gist from the trailer, here's the official synopsis: "An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their super hero allies must willing to sacrifice it all in an attempt to defeat the power of Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe."

'I'll see you again in 25 years,' said Laura Palmer to FBI Agent Dale Cooper in 1991 during what appeared to be the final ever episode of Twin Peaks. But she clearly knew what she was talking about, as here we are some 26 years later (okay, Laura was one year out) and co-writers David Lynch and Mark Frost have returned with 18 new episodes of the show.

After painstakingly eroding the charm of the first Pirates Of The Caribbean film with three increasingly leaden sequels, Disney here tries to reboot the franchise by pretty much remaking the first one, with a bit of the second thrown in for good measure.

Studio rights shenanigans have given us so many Spider-Man films in the past couple of decades that your heart is probably sinking at the thought of watching another one. But by going back to the character's comic book roots and adding Spidey to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Homecoming does genuinely bring something new to the table.
